Julie graduated as an osteopath in 1996 and immediately began her professional career as a clinician in private practice and as a lecturer in osteopathy at RMIT University.  For nearly 30 years she has been co-owner of Northcote Osteopathic Clinic treating the local community seeing adults, children, babies, pregnant women, sporting injuries and the elderly. It is the diversity of general practice that keeps her happy.

Using an electronic device and smart phones can put a lot of pressure on your neck and spine. The further you look downwards, the more force is placed on the neck joints, discs and muscles.

Unfortunately we are seeing more children suffering from neck pain and headaches as a result of their bad posture while playing on their iPad or phone.

So what can we do about this?

Locky graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine and a Masters of Osteopathy. He has worked around Melbourne for most of his career, except for a stint up in far north Queensland. He has postgraduate qualifications in Dry Needling, Cupping, Injury Prevention/management and was lucky enough to be in the first intake to finish a Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Biomechanical Medicine and diplomas in canine and equine osteopathy.

Dylan discovered osteopathy as a teenager when he suffered a lower back injury whilst playing football. He was immediately drawn to osteopathy's holistic approach to treatment and patient centred care. This, combined with his keen interest in anatomy and physiology lead him to begin a human movement degree and eventually graduate from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Osteopathy.
