Sarah is an enthusiastic and experienced osteopath who graduated from RMIT University. Sarah has grown up playing team sports and due to this has a special interest in treating sporting injuries of various age groups and fitness levels. Sarah completed an internship at Mumbai’s Sport Medicine Clinic working with pre- and post- operative orthopaedic patients which only fuelled her passion to learn more and treat in a holistic fashion. Sarah has obtained a certificate in Level 1 and 2 Dry Needling and Cupping and utilises this alongside various manual therapy techniques.
Sarah tailors her treatment to the individual, believing in a multi-disciplinary approach and encouraging a team effort to help enable her patients to reach their functional goals. She believes that long-term results not only involves manual therapy, but also education about stretching, rehabilitation and stress management. Sarah enjoys treating a range of conditions including back pain, headaches and postural-related complaints.
When not working as an Osteopath, Sarah enjoys brunch with friends, travelling and walking her dog Bella. She also volunteers at Guide Dogs Victoria.
